What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit at Hero Markets is €100.
How do I verify my account with Hero Markets?
In order to verify your identity, you must use BankID, or provide proof of identity, e.g. an identity card or international passport, as well as a proof of residence, e.g. a phone or electricity bill or a bank statement. The document must have been issued within the last six months.
How can I deposit or withdraw money from my account?
Navigate to the three horizontal lines in the top right corner. Select Add Funds if you want to deposit money and Withdraw if you want to withdraw money. Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request.
